RV Roofs take a lot of abuse from storms, hail, limbs, twigs, and last but not least the sun. Sealants should be inspected TWICE a year. Sealants become dry rotted and lead to leaks that can take years to show damage, water damage from a roof can also run down the inside of walls and cause delamination of the wall structure.
